Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ADALIZ PREMIUM CORP. (“Adaliz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through this website, adalizpremium.com, and through the software applications we publish, including mobile apps for iOS and Android and web-based platforms (together, our “apps”).

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws. An app may also provide its own privacy notice; where it does, that notice supplements this policy.

1. Information we collect

On this website

This website does not require an account, does not use contact forms and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and protect it against abuse. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

In our apps

Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Content you provide, such as records, notes, files and settings you create or upload.
  • Technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and crash and error reports, used to keep the app working properly.
  • Support communications, such as questions and feedback you send us.

Each app collects only the information it needs to work. The privacy details on an app’s App Store or Google Play listing describe the data that particular app collects.

Platforms we provide to organizations

When we provide a platform to an organization, such as a care facility or a professional services firm, the information entered into it is under that organization’s control. We process that information on the organization’s behalf and according to our agreement with it. If you use a platform through an organization, please direct questions about your information to that organization first; we will help it respond.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate and maintain the website and our apps;
  • create and manage accounts and verify users;
  • respond to questions and support requests;
  • keep our services secure and prevent fraud and misuse;
  • diagnose problems and improve our software, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not use personal information for a new purpose without your consent, unless the law permits or requires it.

3. Third-party services

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the website and our apps:

  • App stores. Our mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Downloads, purchases and payments made through these stores are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. This website and our apps run on cloud hosting and content delivery providers that store and process information on our behalf.
  • Analytics. This website does not use analytics. If an app uses analytics or crash reporting, it is limited to understanding performance and fixing problems, and it is disclosed in that app’s store listing.

Our service providers may use personal information only to provide services to us, and we require them to protect it. Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.

4. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

  • Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.
  • Account information is kept while your account is active. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the associated personal information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
  • Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
  • For platforms we provide to organizations, retention follows the organization’s instructions and our agreement with it.

5. How we protect information

We protect personal information with safeguards suited to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting access to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an issue occurs.

6. Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you may:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice;
  • ask us to delete your account and the associated personal information, where we are not required to keep it; and
  • raise a concern with us and, if you are not satisfied with our response, file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Where an app offers it, you can also delete your account from within the app. We respond to requests within the time required by law, generally 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. Some of our apps may be intended for families. Apps intended for families do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information without that consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also give notice in another way, for example within the affected app.
